ORDER POLICY

1. Order only if you are 200% sure. We do not allow changing of orders unless we haven't secured your order/s yet. Below 18 y/o are restricted from ordering unless your parents allows you and will take full responsibility of your orders.
2. We do accept combine shipment with same ETA only. Please check our masterlist under "GO UPDATES"
to know the release dates of every group orders.

PAYMENT POLICY

1. Pay only the exact/ total amount of your orders. Excess amount will not be refunded.
2. We do accept down payment before the deadline of payment unless otherwise stated. Balance including shipping fees and packaging shall be paid on or before deadline of payment to avoid cancellation of orders.
3. Extension of payment is not allowed. Non-settlement of payment will result to cancellation of order/s and the shop has the right to post you as Joy Reserver or/and Bogus buyer, unless you pay a cancellation fee of 260 PHP per item/s.
4. Late payers shall pay 100php/day for penalty fee. Non-payment of penalty fee will also result on cancellation of orders.
5. Please always send your proof of payments through order confirmation email. We will not accept POPs via direct message. If you have problem uploading your proofs, please message us immediately.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

1. If you haven't settled your payment yet but decided to cancel it BEFORE THE DEADLINE OF PAYMENT, you will have to pay 350.00 PHP per items as cancellation fee to avoid being posted as bogus buyer.
2. If you have settled your down payment then suddenly wanted to cancel it, we will not issue a refund no matter how much the amount is.
3. If you have previous orders from us and decided to cancel your new orders, we have no choice but to cancel everything. You will not receive your orders or any refund from us.
4. We also have the right to cancel your order if you unable to settle the required amount (down payment) to reserve the slot.
Please be inform that cancelling of orders is a hassle for us especially if your orders are secured already that's why you have to pay for the time and efforts we put in.

PACKAGE ARRIVALS

Please take note of this because a lot people thought that once the items have arrive at our korean address, it will be shipped immediately.
1. There are different release dates for each items/ group orders. Please take note or check our masterlist.
2. Delays may occur from the original shop like weverse, ktown and other suppliers. They sometimes do not follow the release dates.
3. Once the items have been shipped out, it will take 2-3 days to arrive at our korean address.
4. Once they arrived, our consolidator will arrange them.
5. Shipment will be made once the box is full. Sometimes, it takes 1-2 weeks.
6. Once our box has been shipped out, that's the time you will count the ETA. Boxes usually arrives 3 weeks after the date of shipment but delays are inevitable that's why patience is a must.
7. All items are under normal eta.

PHILIPPINES
8. Estimate time of arrival (ETA): 3-5 weeks. Delays may occur so please wait patiently.
9. We have no control over international couriers. So, if you can't wait, please do not order from us.
10. International courier will text or call us once our package have arrived.

REFUND POLICY

1. While we make every effort to ensure that the products are available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible and payment will be refunded.
2. Only out of stock items will be refunded.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. All items will be packed properly with bubble wrap and cardboards for easy to bend items like photocards. Box for albums and other fragile items.
2. We will deliver your goods as near as possible to the date and time set out. It is a fact of life that delays in deliveries may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. We won’t be held responsible for any lost/ damage items caused by mishandling of our couriers.
4. In case of reshipment, you will have to pay another shipping fee. Cases like inactive contact numbers and/or incomplete shipping address. That's why we are requiring you to give us your full details.
5. Tracking numbers will be provided through email. It is buyer's responsibility to track his/her package after 24hrs.
6. Should you experience problems with your delivery, please contact us immediately.

RETURN POLICY

You have [3] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

In case of missing item / wrong item shipped: it is required to provide us a full unboxing video - UNCUT, from unsealing of box / pouch, unwrapping the bubble wrap till the checking of items, for us to review and investigate.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your GCash Account (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
